Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Supervisor to lead service execution, coordinating the team and resources to ensure the availability of technological systems. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development and continuation of studies. **Field Technical Supervisor** ------------------------------------- **Location:** Mining site, depending on project or service **Shift system according to operations** ️ **100% on-site, in-field mode** At **TRES60**, we are looking for a **Field Technical Supervisor** to lead service execution, coordinating the team and necessary resources to ensure the availability of technological systems. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise maintenance and operation activities of technological systems. * Plan activities and manage authorizations with involved departments. * Prioritize critical incidents and customer requirements. * Conduct safety talks, work permits, and safety inspections. * Coordinate personnel, tools, spare parts, PPE, and materials. * Train and evaluate the field technical team. * Monitor operational reporting and service documentation. * Halt any activity presenting risks or non-compliance. ### **✅ Requirements** * Engineering degree or Higher Technical Degree in Telecommunications and Networks, Electricity, Computer Science, Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation and Control, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems in mining. * Experience leading or supervising technical teams. * Knowledge of networks, LTE, fiber optics, Ethernet, CCTV, VHF/UHF radio, and electronics. * Familiarity with technologies installed onboard mining equipment and monitoring tools. * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Willingness to travel. * Health condition compatible with mining site work and certification. * **Preferred (Not Mandatory)** * Cisco certifications. * Hexagon certifications for CAS or OAS systems. ### **Benefits** * Complementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Health and wellness agreements. * Betterfly benefits platform. * Birthday leave day. * Year-end bonuses and special occasion benefits. * Support for professional development and continuation of studies. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** This job posting is aligned with **Law No. 21.015**, promoting labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
