Support professional development and continuation of studies. **Senior Telecommunications Technician** ------------------------------------------ **Location:** Mining site, depending on project or service **Shift system according to operational requirements** ️ **100% on-site mode in the field** At **TRES60**, we are looking for a **Senior Telecommunications Technician** to lead high-complexity technical work, ensuring the availability and continuity of technological systems used in mining operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose, repair, and maintain technological systems across mining fleets and facilities. * Lead equipment installations, configurations, and commissioning. * Resolve critical failures through on-site and remote technical support. * Conduct functional tests and final technical adjustments. * Coordinate authorizations, isolations, and lockouts for work activities. * Guide technical staff and support procedural improvements. * Prepare technical reports and records of interventions performed. ### **✅ Requirements** * Secondary or higher-level technician qualification, or training in Telecommunications and Networks, Electricity, Computer Science, Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation and Control, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems in mining. * Knowledge of electrical cabling, networks, LTE, fiber optics, Ethernet, CCTV, and VHF/UHF radio. * Experience with electronics, monitoring tools, and technologies installed onboard mining equipment. * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Willingness to travel. * Health condition compatible with fieldwork and certification for mining site access. * **Preferred qualifications** * Cisco certifications. * Hexagon certifications for CAS or OAS systems. ### **Benefits** * Complementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Health and wellness agreements. * Betterfly benefits platform. * Birthday leave day. * Year-end bonuses and special-occasion benefits. * Support for professional development and continuation of studies. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** This job posting is aligned with **Law No. 21.015**, which promotes labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
