Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Assistant Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of technological systems. Key Highlights: 1. Cable installation, connection, and component replacement. 2. Support in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and network systems. 3. Execution of basic configurations and functionality testing. **Telecommunications Assistant Technician** -------------------------------------------- **Location:** Mining site, depending on project or service **Shift system according to operational requirements** ️ **100% on-site mode in the field** At **TRES60**, we are looking for a **Telecommunications Assistant Technician** to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of technological systems, contributing to service safety and operational continuity. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cable installation, connection, and component replacement tasks. * Support the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and network systems. * Carry out basic configurations and functionality testing. * Prepare preventive documentation, tools, PPE, and materials. * Record activities and progress of work orders. * Apply safety, energy isolation, and lockout procedures. ### **✅ Requirements** * Secondary or higher-level technical qualification, or training in Telecommunications and Networks, Electricity, Computer Science, Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation and Control, or related fields. * 0–1 year of experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of telecommunications systems in mining. * Knowledge of electrical cabling, networks, LTE, optical fiber, Ethernet, CCTV, and VHF/UHF radio. * Basic knowledge of electronics and technologies installed onboard mining equipment. * Class B driver’s license with at least two years of validity. * Willingness to travel. * Medical fitness compatible with mining site work and certification. ### **Benefits** * Complementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Health and wellness agreements. * Betterfly benefits platform. * Birthday leave day. * Year-end bonuses and special-occasion benefits. * Support for professional development and continued education. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** This job posting is issued under **Law No. 21\.015**, promoting the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
