Promote improvements in technical and operational processes **Telecommunications Services Manager** ----------------------- **Location:** Mining site, depending on project or service **Shift system according to operational requirements** ️ **100% on-site field work mode** At **TRES60**, we are seeking a **Telecommunications Services Manager** to lead the comprehensive field service operation, coordinating teams, resources, and activities to ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan team activities, shifts, transportation, accommodation, and resources. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and incidents. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of fixed and onboard systems. * Lead responses to critical incidents and coordinate escalation. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Consolidate technical, operational, and shift-closing reports. * Evaluate staff performance and manage professional development. * Promote improvements in technical and operational service processes. ### **✅ Requirements** * Degree in Telecommunications and Networks Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems. * Proven experience leading teams at mining sites. * ITIL 4 certification\. * Knowledge of service management, risk management, processes, quality, IT/OT technologies, and reporting. * Class B driver's license with over 2 years of validity. * Willingness to travel. * Medical fitness compatible with mining site work and certification requirements. * **Preferred qualifications** * Cisco certifications. * Hexagon certifications for CAS or OAS systems. ### **Benefits** * Complementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Health and wellness partnership agreements. * Betterfly benefits platform. * Birthday leave day. * Year-end bonuses and special occasion benefits. * Support for professional development and continuing education. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** ### **This opportunity is offered under Law No. 21\.015**, which promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
