About the Role
At **Fit Parivar Bienestar y Servicios Empresariales**, we are looking to hire a **Payroll Supervisor** to lead and oversee payroll processes, ensuring calculation accuracy, adherence to payment deadlines, and correct application of current labor regulations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising payroll closings, reviewing earnings and deductions, monitoring incidents, validating final settlements (finiquitos), and coordinating information with Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.
This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of the payroll process, controlling contractual information, and addressing inquiries related to payments and benefits.

Main Responsibilities
* Supervise the monthly payroll process.
* Coordinate payroll closing schedules.
* Review employees’ contractual information.
* Validate base salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
* Supervise statutory and voluntary deductions.
* Review overtime hours, shifts, and absences.
* Validate vacations, leaves, and permits.
* Monitor incidents prior to payroll closing.
* Review payroll calculations.
* Validate salary settlements.
* Supervise advances and special payments.
* Coordinate final settlement (finiquito) processing.
* Review severance calculations.
* Control personnel-related provisions.
* Coordinate information with Finance and Accounting.
* Prepare files and documentation for payment processes.
* Review payroll reconciliations.
* Investigate discrepancies and errors.
* Manage corrections before payment release.
* Supervise social security documentation.
* Track social security contribution payments.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records.
* Respond to employee inquiries.
* Coordinate requests with Human Resources.
* Maintain confidentiality of salary information.
* Prepare monthly payroll reports.
* Keep process indicators updated.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Document payroll procedures.
* Strengthen internal controls.
* Train and guide payroll analysts.

What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 5–8 years of experience in Compensation, Payroll, Human Resources, or Personnel Administration, including experience supervising processes or teams.
**Education:** Professional or technical degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Administrative Engineering, or a related field.
**Payroll:** Solid experience in payroll processing and review.
**Labor Legislation:** Practical knowledge of Chilean labor and social security regulations.
**Supervision:** Experience coordinating payroll analysts, assistants, or payroll processes.
**Systems:** Proficiency in payroll platforms or ERP systems.
**Excel:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**Accuracy:** High capability to review calculations, detect discrepancies, and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Buk, Talana, Rex\+, Softland, SAP HCM, Payroll, or other similar platforms.
* Knowledge of Previred.
* Experience with the Chilean Labor Directorate (Dirección del Trabajo) and labor documentation.
* Proficiency in Power BI.
* Experience managing large-scale payroll processes.
* Knowledge of attendance control.
* Experience with shift management systems.
* Experience handling final settlement (finiquito) processes.
* Knowledge of vacation and payroll provisions.
* Experience in labor audits.
* Proficiency in payroll KPIs.
* Experience automating reports.
* Basic accounting knowledge.
* Experience in service companies with medium- to large-sized workforces.
Salary: $1\.900\.000 \- $3\.700\.000 per month
