A metalworking company is seeking a Welding Master with proven experience in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of thin metal structures—specifically electrical cabinets and panels. We seek a professional with high precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings. *Start Date: October 1, 2026\.* Job Responsibilities * Construct and assemble structures for cabinets and electrical panels. * Fabricate supports, profiles, trays, and ladder racks for conduits. * Join thin metal parts using welding processes, ensuring a clean finish without sheet deformation. * Interpret technical and fabrication drawings. * Proper use of hand and power tools (angle grinder, drill, sheet metal brakes). Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience of at least 2–3 years in metalworking shops or electrical panel companies. * Advanced proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on thin materials (carbon steel and stainless steel). * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and industrial design drawings. * Residence in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago. Desirable Skills (Preferred) * Valid welding certification. * Basic knowledge of industrial painting or surface preparation. * Proactivity and focus on operational safety.
