Cloud and Infrastructure Continuity Manager At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Cloud and Infrastructure Continuity Manager** to join the **Operations Management** department within the Operational Continuity area. We seek a professional with experience in IT service management, technology infrastructure, cloud environments, and operational continuity—capable of coordinating critical services, managing vendors, and ensuring the availability, stability, and security of technological operations. Position Purpose Ensure continuity, availability, security, and efficiency of the organization's technology services by supervising the operation of cloud platforms, servers, storage, databases, operating systems, and critical applications. The position will play a key role in operational risk prevention, incident management, vendor coordination, and strengthening the business’s technological resilience. Main Responsibilities * Manage and supervise infrastructure, cloud, server, storage, database, operating system, and application services. * Ensure availability and continuity of critical technology services. * Administer IT contracts and vendors, monitoring SLA compliance, commitments, and service standards. * Coordinate remediation actions for incidents, vulnerabilities, security gaps, and operational deviations. * Participate in incident, problem, change, risk, and continuity plan management. * Develop and maintain dashboards for service tracking, metrics, incidents, and compliance levels. * Identify improvement opportunities in infrastructure, applications, and operational processes. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, critical configurations, and recovery plans. * Coordinate with technical areas, vendors, and internal teams to resolve contingencies and operational requirements. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational continuity, IT service management, infrastructure, CloudOps, CloudAdmin, DevOps, DevSecOps, or administration of critical technology services. * Experience managing or supervising cloud infrastructure and high-availability IT services. * Knowledge of server hardware and storage solutions. * Advanced proficiency in relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server. * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or later, and Linux RHEL or similar distributions. * Experience in incident, vulnerability, or security gap management and remediation. * Knowledge of identity management, access control, hardening, and regulatory compliance. * Experience administering contracts, IT vendors, technology services, and service-level agreements. * Knowledge of ITIL, PMI, process management, and operational continuity. * Proficiency in dashboards, operational metrics, and service tracking tools. * Availability to work overtime when service continuity requires it. Relevant Technologies and Knowledge CloudOps, CloudAdmin, DevOps, DevSecOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux RHEL, servers, storage, ITIL, PMI, process management, contracts, vendors, IT services, and operational continuity. Desirable Requirements * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing, Networks, Telecommunications, or related field. * Knowledge of business continuity, BCP, DRP, and database administration. * Experience in critical environments, IT operations, or high-availability technology services. * Certifications or courses in cloud, ITIL, PMI, infrastructure, databases, or operational continuity. Working Conditions * **Contract:** Fixed-term for 3 months, with possibility of renewal for another 3 months. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid, under a 2x3 or 3x2 schedule, depending on operational requirements. * **Working Hours:** 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * **Net Salary:** Between $2.000.000 and $2.500.000, based on experience and expertise. * Availability to work overtime during contingencies or area requirements.
