Job Summary
**Total Net KSA Supplies \& Business Services Chile SpA** seeks an organized, accurate, and responsible ***Inventory Support Assistant*** to join our team in Talca. As an Inventory Support Assistant, you will provide daily support for inventory control, stock records, receiving, storage, order preparation, stock counts, documentation, and supply operations. You will work closely with inventory, warehouse, procurement, logistics, operations, and administration teams to ensure inventory data accuracy and that products are correctly received, recorded, stored, and prepared for distribution. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates or those with limited work experience interested in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, procurement, or commercial operations. Responsibilities: Support daily inventory control activities. Accurately record inventory receipts and issuances. Receive goods and verify quantities against supporting documentation. Inspect received merchandise for visible discrepancies or damage. Update inventory information in authorized systems. Support periodic physical stock counts. Participate in cycle counts and periodic inventory controls. Compare physical quantities with system records. Identify and report inventory discrepancies. Assist in investigating missing or incorrectly recorded stock. Maintain accurate inventory control spreadsheets. Support receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch processes. Help organize inventory according to designated storage locations. Maintain accurate product codes, descriptions, quantities, and locations. Support stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable. Monitor low-stock conditions and report potential shortages. Help identify excess or slow-moving inventory. Support verification of purchase orders and receiving documents. Maintain delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and inventory documentation. Assist with order preparation and fulfillment. Coordinate routine stock inquiries with warehouse and operations teams. Support returns and inventory adjustment processes. Maintain accurate records of damaged or returned items. Assist with inventory reconciliation. Support barcode, labeling, and product identification processes. Assist with data entry into ERP, WMS, or inventory systems. Prepare basic inventory and stock reports. Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory records. Comply with warehouse security and inventory control procedures. Participate in inventory and logistics process improvement activities.
Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical or professional training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Inventory Management, Accounting, or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, retail stock management, or administration is helpful but not mandatory. Approximately 0–1 year of relevant experience is required. Recent graduates and candidates seeking their first inventory-related role are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good organizational skills. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge. Familiarity with Word, Outlook, or Microsoft 365\. Comfortable with data entry and spreadsheet maintenance. Basic understanding of stock and inventory processes is a plus. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, barcode systems, or inventory management systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively with warehouse, logistics, and administration teams. Ability to identify inventory discrepancies requiring escalation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
