Our **Finance** team is seeking an **Operational Support Administrative** to join the **Operational Support** area. The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate execution, control, and tracking of reimbursement processes for the dealer network through information validation, administrative management, and timely coordination with internal and external departments. This role will be critical in maintaining process traceability, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and contributing to efficient service delivery to the dealer network. **Your Responsibilities** * Execute and manage the administrative reimbursement process for the dealer network, ensuring accurate registration and traceability. * Review and validate supporting documentation submitted by dealers, verifying compliance with established requirements and guidelines. * Analyze data in Excel, validating accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information. * Generate purchase orders associated with reimbursement processes and track them until release and dispatch. * Maintain clear and timely communication with the dealer network regarding reimbursement status, inquiries, and information requests. * Monitor expense accounts related to reimbursements, supporting correct allocation and control. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and service standards for all processes under your responsibility. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Technical or professional education in General Accounting, Business Administration, Executive Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Auditing and Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, finance, or operational roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for analysis, validation, and information control. * Knowledge of or experience using SAP. * Experience in document review, purchase order generation, administrative control, data analysis, or process tracking. * Ability to coordinate across multiple departments, maintain clear communication, and respond promptly to internal and external requests. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines and adhering to internal policies. **Vacancy Information:** * **Workplace:** Quilicura. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 08:15–17:45 hrs; Friday, 08:15–13:00 hrs. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid, 3 days remote and 2 days in-office. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to do it with us.
