Job Summary: Handles requests and inquiries related to the use and management of supplementary insurance, supporting customers in platform usage and information delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery of key information regarding health plans and benefits AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is seeking a professional to fill the position of **Benefits Service Executive**. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing supplementary insurance. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate-level Excel. * Experience in customer service. **Job Objective:** * Handle requests and inquiries related to the use and management of supplementary insurance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process requests related to payments, reimbursements, settlements, appeals, claims, and others. * Manage beneficiary enrollment, removal, and modifications. * Support customers in using platforms and apps. * Deliver information to customers, such as benefits, details of their health plan, certificates, and others. **Details:** * Contract Type: Two fixed-term contracts of one month each, followed by an indefinite-term contract. * Work Modality: Hybrid – When on-site work is required, it will be conducted at the Costanera Center offices and at the client’s specified location (confidential). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 18:30 hrs **Benefits:** * Supplementary Health and Dental Insurance * Oncological Insurance (FALP) * Influenza Vaccination (April) * Birthday Gift * Year-end Bonuses (September and December)
