




Job Summary: An OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR with experience in High Voltage and Power Transformers is required to ensure proper execution of assembly and maintenance contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of safety and quality regulations (ISO-9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) An OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR with experience in High Voltage, assembly, and services for Power Transformers is required (MANDATORY). Primary Job Objective Ensure proper fulfillment of contracts for assembly/maintenance services of power transformers according to the technical and commercial scope of the service, overseeing correct execution of operational procedures planned by management. Responsibilities * Supervise and enforce proper care of machinery and/or tools, as well as client assets, per project. * Use and maintenance of machinery and tools belonging to both Lubrisider and the client being served. * Operation, use, and maintenance of assigned company vehicles. * Care of equipment provided for fieldwork. * Apply relevant procedures for the assigned task, according to the contracted service. * Establish, comply with, and enforce company objectives and standards through the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety. * Maintain physical fitness enabling safe job performance without risk to health. Main Functions * Implement and execute operational policies to achieve employer-defined objectives. * Supervise and carry out fieldwork required for each service, consistent with the role performed within the company, maintaining the quality standard delivered by Lubrisider to its clients. * Comply with Safety Objectives and Standards established onsite, both those of Lubrisider and those applicable to each current client. * Maintain operational safety at assigned workplaces. Working Conditions * Office-based work at the central office in Santiago. * Fieldwork with clients and suppliers nationwide. * Occasional international travel for projects or training. Education: Academic Requirements: * Technical Degree in Electricity or equivalent. * If academic requirements are not met, completion of 4th year of secondary education plus 3 years of experience in the power transformer industry is required. Experience (MANDATORY) * More than 2 years in electrical production areas: High Voltage – Substations – Power Transformers. * Experience in this position or a technical career path in the power transformer field. Job Requirements (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of electronics, industrial electricity, and power transformers. * General knowledge of industrial safety and electrical systems. * In-depth understanding of the company’s business area. * Familiarity with ISO-9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Proficient user-level PC skills. * Willingness and availability to travel.
