Field Technician – Calama

We are looking for **Field Technicians** to work in **Calama**, participating in the installation, operation, and maintenance of technological and robotic solutions deployed in solar parks.

### **What will be your primary challenge?**
You will be responsible for supporting the **assembly of structures, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of stations and robots**, ensuring the proper functioning of field-deployed solutions.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform **structural assembly and installation** for stations and robot charging systems.
* Conduct inspections and **diagnosis of faults in robots, docks, and communication stations**.
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including **replacement of parts and components**.
* Configure robots, load software, and execute commands via technological systems and servers.
* Operate and supervise equipment within the solar park facilities.
* Perform **loading and unloading of materials and equipment** required for field activities.
* Use manual, electric, and electronic tools, such as **multimeter, drill, wrenches, pliers, rivet gun, and measuring tools**.
* Verify that installations comply with required **quality, leveling, and tolerance standards**.
* Record performed activities and keep work orders updated in **Salesforce ERP**.
* Complete safety documentation, work permits, and operational reports.
* Strictly adhere to **safety, health, environmental, and sustainability protocols**.
* Work autonomously in the field, promptly reporting progress, incidents, and requirements to supervisors.
### **What are we looking for?**
* Minimum **1 year** of fieldwork experience in assembly, construction, maintenance, or related areas. **3 years or more is highly desirable.**
* An academic degree is not required.
* Practical experience in **assembly and construction** will be highly valued.
* Proficiency in using manual and electric tools.
* Ability to perform fieldwork and operate effectively across large-scale facilities.
* Availability to work on **ladders and during daytime/nighttime shifts**, according to assigned schedule.
* Ability to follow work instructions and protocols.
* Safety orientation and commitment to procedural compliance.
* Teamwork capability combined with autonomy to resolve on-site situations.
* Experience using measuring instruments such as **multimeter, spirit level, and tape measure** is desirable.
### **Work Schedule**
**Shift A:** Monday–Thursday, 08:00–17:30 hrs.; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.
**Shift B:** Monday–Thursday, 18:00–03:30 hrs.; Friday, 18:00–03:00 hrs.
**Shift C:** Monday–Thursday, 16:30–02:00 hrs.; Friday, 16:30–01:30 hrs.
