Position Purpose (Mission): Coordinate and supervise inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory processes at storage yards, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with established procedures and maintaining organizational operational continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Supervision of Receiving, Storage, and Dispatch * Supervise and execute receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for materials and finished products. * Ensure compliance with established procedures and operational continuity. 2\. Coordination of Lifting Operations * Coordinate and supervise lifting operations. * Verify that operations are conducted according to company-defined standards. * Promote safe lifting operations aligned with corporate procedures. 3\. Operational Safety Management * Inspect and assess safety risks associated with workers’ activities. * Foster and maintain a preventive and safety-oriented culture within lifting operations. 4\. Storage Control * Ensure compliance with current storage regulations. * Supervise installation of level foundations, proper module covering, and adherence to storage limits and standards. * Contribute to appropriate preservation of stored modules. 5\. Modular Storage and Topographic Control * Review and conduct topographic and leveling surveys. * Ensure modular storage complies with current quality procedures and standards. 6\. Customer and Supplier Relations * Coordinate dispatch and retrieval of modules for internal customers. * Coordinate loading and unloading of materials or miscellaneous items with external suppliers. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education and Knowledge * Technical or professional education in logistics, operations, or related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of lifting operations. * Familiarity with machinery used in lifting operations. Experience * Prior experience in logistics management roles. * Experience in lifting operations. * Experience in modular loading and unloading.
