Job Summary: Responsible for recording, updating, and maintaining operational and administrative information in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Generate reliable information for decision-making Primary Responsibility: Responsible for recording, updating, and maintaining operational and administrative information in the company's ERP system, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and reliability to support maintenance, procurement, operations, and contract administration management. Additionally, ensure proper entry of documents associated with work orders, materials, spare parts, inventories, and other administrative records, contributing to the generation of reliable information for processes and decision-making. Responsibilities: * Record work orders, material master lists, inventories, and related documentation in the ERP system. * Verify that received information is accurate and properly supported before entering it into the system. * Keep material, spare parts, equipment, and other authorized master records up to date. * Timely enter necessary documentation for the administrative closure of work orders. * Support document control related to equipment, work orders, checklists, and backlogs. * Generate reports and reports requested by management using information contained in the ERP. * Identify data inconsistencies and promptly report them for correction. * Maintain organized and backed-up physical and digital documents related to entered records. * Support inventory control activities by timely recording material and spare parts movements. * Comply with internal procedures related to ERP usage, ensuring information confidentiality and traceability. * Comply with ESM’s and the client’s established Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality standards. Position Profile: * Mechanical and Automotive Engineering graduate. * Mechanical Engineering graduate. * Logistics Engineering graduate or related field.
