We seek a **responsible individual eager to learn**, with a focus on **logistics process organization**. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Operational support in preparing internal orders and managing the storeroom. * Stock control of supplies and conducting periodic inventories. * Recording material movements and reviewing critical stock levels. * Basic tracking of purchase orders via email and the **Odoo** system. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Logistics Technology or Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, with emphasis on spreadsheets. * Prior interest or experience in supplier interaction and database management (Leads) is desirable. **Position Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:00 hrs. * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Near Cementerios metro station, Recoleta commune. * Contract: Fixed-term initially, then indefinite based on performance. * Salary: $700\.000 net per month. **Benefits:** * Access to benefits provided by the Chilean Association for Safety (ACHS) and Los Andes Savings Fund (Caja Los Andes). * A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment with real growth opportunities. * Complementary health insurance, effective upon transition to an indefinite contract. * Employee discount on brand products. * Benefits through the BUK platform, including discounts on dental services, sports, apparel, restaurants, and more. * Brand gift cards for purchases at our stores, awarded for Independence Day and Christmas celebrations once the indefinite contract is in place.
