Currently, we are looking for a **Semi-Senior Functional QA Analyst** to join an important core system migration project in a high-visibility environment involving multiple business areas and mission-critical organizational processes. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, actively participating in requirement elicitation and analysis, functional documentation, and solution validation through functional testing to ensure a successful transition to the new platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Functional Analysis** * Elicit needs and requirements from business users. * Map current and future processes, identifying critical points, dependencies, and risks. * Document functional requirements and business rules. * Participate in designing and validating acceptance criteria. * Generate inputs for user story creation and refinement. * Validate that proposed solutions meet business needs. * Act as a liaison among users, Product Owner, development, and QA. **Functional QA** * Design test scenarios and cases based on elicited requirements. * Execute functional, integrated, regression, and end-to-end tests. * Validate integrations between components and microservices. * Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Log, document, and track incidents and defects. * Analyze test results and provide follow-up until resolution. * Generate evidence and progress/quality reports. * Contribute to defining and improving the test strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **3 to 5 years** of experience in functional analysis, functional QA, or hybrid roles combining analysis and testing. * Experience in requirement elicitation and understanding of business processes. * Experience in designing and executing functional tests. * Knowledge of acceptance criteria and user stories. * Experience documenting test cases, scenarios, evidence, and defects. * Knowledge of architectures based on **microservices**. * Knowledge of the following technology stack: * Angular. * Java 21\. * Oracle 10g. * PostgreSQL. * Microsoft Azure. * Azure Kubernetes Service — **AKS**. * Pipeline automation and DevOps practices. * Experience working with agile methodologies. * Strong communication, analytical, and internal user relationship skills. **Additional Information** Preferred qualifications include: * Experience in core system migration or modernization projects. * Experience in mission-critical or highly complex business processes. * Knowledge of API testing and service validation. * Experience in integration testing between microservices. * Knowledge of databases and SQL queries. * Experience with requirements management tools, user stories, test cases, and defect tracking tools. * Knowledge of test automation. * Experience coordinating or supporting UAT execution. * Particularly valued is the ability to collaborate effectively with internal users, technical teams, and business areas while maintaining focus on quality, attention to detail, and achievement of project objectives.
