Accounting Analyst At PS Grupo Hunting, we are looking for an Accounting Analyst with solid experience in accounting, tax, and labor processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for autonomously managing a portfolio of 20–25 clients, ensuring timely, rigorous, and high-quality service. Job Objective To comprehensively administer the accounting, tax, labor, and pension-related processes of a client portfolio, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and accurate execution of accounting closings. Main Responsibilities * Analyze, review, and reconcile accounting accounts. * Prepare and file F29 and F50 forms. * Prepare payroll settlements and perform pension calculations. * Execute bank reconciliations and balance sheet closings. * Manage processing of medical leaves. * Conduct procedures and formalities before the Internal Revenue Service (SII). * Manage export VAT refund processes. * Prepare and submit electronic books to the Labor Directorate. * Upload payrolls and execute processes in Previred. * Autonomously manage a portfolio of 20–25 clients, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Candidate Profile * Degree in Accounting and Auditing, General Accounting, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions or functions. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and labor legislation. * Proficiency in SII, Previred, and Labor Directorate platforms. * Experience using Softland, Defontana, or Kame. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, autonomy, and deadline-oriented mindset. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple clients and priorities.
