Position Objective: Ensure proper management of administrative processes, talent acquisition (recruitment and selection), and internal services, guaranteeing that employees receive efficient and timely support. This role focuses on optimizing the employee experience through continuous process improvement, performance indicator management, and implementation of practical solutions contributing to overall team well-being and satisfaction. Requirements: University degree in Management Control Engineering, Administration Engineering with HR specialization, Human Resources Engineering, or related fields. Experience in people management (administrative processes and/or internal services, talent management, recruitment and selection, personnel development, and workplace climate). Ability to handle performance indicators, continuous improvement processes, organizational diagnostics, leadership, and teamwork. Proactive, employee experience–oriented mindset. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs, etc).
