Therefore, we are looking to bring on board a Pre-Sales IT Engineer. You will be a key contributor in creating high-impact technological solutions for both our internal and external clients. To achieve this, your mission will be to support the commercial team through specialized technical analysis, solution design, and end-to-end guidance throughout the pre-sales cycle—ensuring robust, viable proposals aligned with clients’ actual needs. This role strategically combines technical and commercial competencies, adding value in client meetings, preparation of technical documentation, development of proof-of-concept demonstrations, and evaluation of new technologies within the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Participating in client meetings alongside the commercial team, focusing on technical requirement analysis. * Designing and proposing solutions based on technology portfolios from various market-leading brands. * Preparing quotations, configuration sheets (BOM), technical specifications, and supplementary documentation for commercial proposals. * Continuously staying updated on innovations, roadmaps, and features of portfolio solutions. * Attending and participating in internal or brand-provided technical and commercial training sessions. * Maintaining records of relevant pre-sales process information in the CRM platform and technical repositories. What We Expect From You: Technical or professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or related field — spoken and written English at B2 level. Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of data networking, IP telephony, and videoconferencing — familiarity with the Webex ecosystem and collaboration devices — general familiarity with notebook, desktop, and workstation product lines — proficiency with network configuration tools.
