We are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team. **What will be your role’s mission?** Responsible for administering and supervising nationally contracted technology services to ensure the company’s operational continuity. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Act as the technical counterpart to technology suppliers regarding requests for new services and issues related to existing services, actively intervening in both cases and validating proposed outcomes. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to recurring technical issues or to anticipate future failures or requirements. * Collaborate in the implementation of technology-related projects, supervising and executing assigned tasks within those projects. * Perform technology on-call shifts, resolving system unavailability incidents reported by users as quickly as possible, in accordance with established service-level agreements. * Administer contracts and budgets for technology suppliers, conducting ongoing monitoring and monthly control of agreed service levels using service measurement tables (quality, timeliness, and availability). * Lead projects for renewal or implementation of new technology services, defining service levels, establishing technical criteria, and setting go-live timelines. * Support internal clients with their technology-related requests and issues, either directly or through managed contracts. * Generate weekly and monthly reports on systems under your responsibility to provide data for service-level monitoring, performance reporting, identification of improvement opportunities, and team coordination.
