Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer for our Product team who will take ownership of a critical product area—from discovery through implementation and real-world usage—by deeply understanding the problem, designing the right solution, and delivering it with quality. You will own a critical product area (e.g., bank reconciliation for payment methods) and drive it from discovery all the way to production deployment and genuine usage. This is not a ticket-execution role: it’s about understanding the problem, designing the correct solution, and closing it with quality. Strong programming skills alone are not sufficient here. You must understand the business, anticipate edge cases before anyone reports them, and possess sound judgment to determine when something is truly ready—or not. Your Responsibilities: Design and build solutions within your assigned domain, ensuring technical coherence and alignment with business goals. Execute end\-to\-end projects—from discovery to real adoption in production. Decompose solutions into small, manageable pull requests (PRs), reducing risk and rework. Anticipate and resolve edge cases before implementation—not after. Leverage AI tools to raise delivery standards: tests, documentation, and code reviews. Participate in code reviews and informal mentoring, contributing technical judgment to the team. Every line of code has a direct impact on the product, customers, and business. Requirements: A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (mandatory). Proven experience in full-stack development in production environments (mandatory). At least 2 years of experience in complex domains—fintech, ERP, or similar (mandatory). Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, and AWS or another cloud provider. Demonstrated ability to work with legacy codebases and perform migrations. Experience in payment methods or bank reconciliation. Proficiency in observability and large-scale processing. Experience working with AI.
