You will be a key contributor in enabling our projects to grow on a solid technological foundation—starting with one of our strategic programs and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams across the organization. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Build and maintain databases, data pipelines, and data transformations to ensure reliable, decision-ready information. * Integrate data from multiple sources: relational databases, APIs, files, and cloud services. * Design and develop automations to eliminate manual tasks and reduce process errors. * Create and maintain dashboards and metrics (KPIs) for internal use and client reporting. * Support web application and website development, contributing to both front-end and back-end as required per project. * Apply generative AI tools and language models to support daily work and analysis. * Research emerging technologies and propose ways to apply them to improve business operations. * Collaborate with various teams across the organization on digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Graduate of Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Data Science Engineering, or related fields. No formal prior experience required (0–1 year). Academic, personal, or bootcamp projects demonstrating technical initiative are highly valued. Required Knowledge and Skills * SQL and fundamentals of relational databases. * Python for data processing and automation. * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. * Experience with generative AI tools. * Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure. Desirable (bonus points—not all required): * Data visualization tools. * Concepts of ETL/ELT and data modeling. * Git and version control. * Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or modern frameworks), and basic back-end concepts.
