We are looking for a **Market Developer**, results-oriented, with solid experience in consultative sales and new business generation in vertical access services. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop and expand the client portfolio in the industrial sector. * Prospect, manage, and close commercial opportunities. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic clients. * Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until project closure. * Coordinate with technical departments to ensure proper service execution. * Achieve the commercial and growth objectives defined by the company. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience as a Commercial Executive, Business Developer, or similar role. * An active client portfolio in the vertical access industry (highly valued requirement). * Commercial knowledge and experience in services such as: * Lifelines. * Lifting and erection of structures. * Conveyor belt maintenance. * Structural maintenance. * Industrial painting and waterproofing. * Thickness measurement on hard-to-access pipelines. * Technical inspections. * Welding at height. * Wind generators and work at height. * Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals. * Availability to work on-site in Ñuñoa. **Conditions** --------------- * Indefinite-term contract, with an initial 3-month fixed-term period. * On-site work schedule. * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00. * Friday: 09:00–17:00. * Work location: Ñuñoa, Santiago. * Remuneration starting from **$1\.700\.000 net**, plus **3% commission**.
