Continuously monitor network status, promptly identifying and resolving technical incidents. Manage support tickets, tracking requests and incidents to resolution. Implement improvements, optimizations, and changes to the network infrastructure, with a focus on operational continuity. Participate in the design and evolution of network solutions, proposing innovations and best practices. Coordinate and manage relationships with telecommunications and technology service providers. Administer and support cloud systems and platforms related to network infrastructure. Collaborate on infrastructure, security, and operational continuity projects. Generate technical documentation, performance reports, and improvement recommendations.
