Job Summary: We are seeking a Low-Bed Driver to operate, load, unload, and transport oversized/overdimensioned equipment safely and efficiently. Key Highlights: 1. Transportation of heavy machinery or special loads CSI, a national leader in fuel and lubricant supply, is seeking to hire a Low-Bed Driver (5x2) in Calama. The candidate will serve as the key technical and operational liaison between field personnel and the Contract Administrator, from whom they will receive necessary instructions, professional guidance, and support to perform their duties efficiently. Additionally, they must ensure the proper execution of all activities involved in the operation, loading, unloading, and transportation of oversized and/or overdimensioned equipment or bulky structures—safely and efficiently—while complying with operational procedures and applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor on-site equipment operations. - Inspect functionality of installations and pneumatic/hydraulic connections. - Participate in on-site operations. - Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards. - Secure cargo using chains, tensioners, wedges, etc. - Prevent inappropriate movement of equipment. Requirements: - Completed secondary education, with technical and/or industrial specialization. - Three years of work experience in this position. - Proven experience in transporting heavy machinery or special loads. - Valid Class A5 license per Law 19.495 and/or Class A2 license under former Law 18.290. - Residence in Calama (mandatory).
