AGTEC is seeking a Senior Tech Lead (Angular \| GO \| Java) At **AGTEC**, we are looking for a **Senior Tech Lead** to join a major financial sector project, leading the design, development, and implementation of highly critical digital solutions. We seek a professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and passion for engineering best practices—capable of guiding development teams and contributing to the evolution of modern, scalable, and secure platforms. **Key Challenges** ------------------------ * Technically lead the design, development, and maintenance of Front End solutions using **Angular** and a **Web Components**-based architecture. * Define standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices. * Guide the team through mentoring, code reviews, and resolution of technical challenges. * Participate in analysis, estimation, and planning of initiatives alongside cross-functional teams. * Ensure quality, maintainability, stability, and performance of solutions. * Lead versioning, continuous integration, and deployment processes using **GitHub**. * Coordinate integrations with services and APIs developed in **GO** and **Java**. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** ---------------------------- * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in enterprise web application development. * Experience technically leading development teams. * Advanced proficiency in **Angular**. * Experience working with **Web Components**, reusable components, and scalable Front End architectures. * Knowledge and experience integrating with services and APIs developed in **GO** and **Java**. * Experience in source code management, code reviews, continuous integration, and deployments using **GitHub**. * Experience working in Agile methodologies. * Prior experience in banking or the financial industry. * **Desirable Knowledge** * Micro Frontends and component-based architecture. * DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation. * Web application security (OWASP). * Authentication, authorization, and secure session management. * High-availability digital platforms and regulated environments. **Target Profile** ------------------ * Technical reference with leadership and influence capabilities. * Mentoring-oriented with focus on team development. * Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. * Proactive, autonomous, and capable of making sound decisions. * Adaptable to dynamic, high-pressure environments.
