If you believe in the importance of your role, this is the place for you. **Your Role on Our Team** **Maintain Clean and Safe Spaces** You will clean and organize the laundry room, courtyards, exterior hallways, and interior spaces following Unit procedures and the Hygiene and Safety Manual protocols, creating environments that convey care and dignity. **Manage and Control Supplies** You will receive, track, and distribute warehouse supplies in an orderly and responsible manner, ensuring continuous availability of necessary items. **Support Program Users** You will collaborate with individuals participating in our programs, supporting them in carrying out activities and tasks according to guidelines and coordination with your supervisor, demonstrating that each person deserves attention and respect. **Ensure Safety and Hygiene** You will actively contribute to maintaining safe, healthy, and welcoming spaces that reflect the value and dignity we assign to every person in our programs. **What You Seek (and What We Seek)** ✅ Completed secondary education ✅ Prior experience working as a cleaning assistant ✅ Responsibility and commitment to hygiene and safety **Practical Details** **Location:** Copiapó **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 07:30–15:30 hrs \| Friday until 13:30 hrs \| Saturday until 12:30 hrs * ️ **Workweek:** 40 hours per week **Modality:** In-person **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract with potential transition to indefinite term **We Want to Know You As You Are** At Hogar de Cristo, we believe diversity strengthens our teams.
