Be part of a leading food company with a cooperative business model. **Job Description** ---------------------- Process plant personnel attendance and absenteeism records to provide accurate and timely data for the monthly payroll cycle. Attendance Monitoring: Daily supervision of the accuracy of entry and exit time stamps within industrial facilities. Data Processing: Input and consolidate employee shift and schedule distribution into the organization's internal software. Inconsistency Resolution: Rectify detected time stamp errors based on validations provided by direct supervisors. Monthly Cycle Closure: Validate leave and absence information prior to salary processing, issuing alerts regarding contractual deadlines. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commercial Engineering * At least one year of relevant work experience, managing teams exceeding 500 employees * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of SAP (desirable) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
