Promote continuous improvement of processes and tools. **Dr. Simi**, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an **Inventory and Slotting Supervisor** to join our **Distribution Center located in Quilicura, Camino Lo Echevers**. We seek a professional with experience in **inventory control and logistics operations in distribution centers**, capable of leading teams and developing strategies to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize storage, and continuously improve our processes. ### **What will be your main challenge?** You will be responsible for ensuring **inventory reliability**, managing discrepancies between physical stock and system records, supervising warehouse failures, and leading **slotting and storage strategies** to optimize product flow within the Distribution Center. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute the Distribution Center’s inventory program, including cyclic, selective, and full counts. * Analyze inventory discrepancies, managing clarifications, adjustments, and their respective supporting documentation. * Monitor warehouse failures reported by pharmacies, identifying root causes and defining corrective actions. * Administer locations and configurations in the **EWM** system. * Define and maintain **putaway, picking, and replenishment** strategies. * Execute **re\-slotting** processes, optimizing picking routes, space utilization, and storage capacity. * Control internal stock movements, including replenishments, transfers, quarantines, shrinkage, adjustments, and reverse logistics. * Coordinate with Receiving, Internal Operations, Dispatch, and Transportation departments to ensure seamless physical and system-based flow. * Develop and analyze management indicators related to inventory accuracy, stock discrepancies, warehouse failures, and location utilization. * Lead the Inventory Control team, fostering a positive work environment. * Propose and lead improvements in inventory control and slotting processes, procedures, and tools. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Logistics Engineering or Technician, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years of experience in inventory control within Distribution Centers**. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of **inventory control and counting plans**. * Experience in logistics operations and supply chain. * Advanced **Excel** proficiency and data analysis skills. * Preferred experience with **SAP EWM or other WMS systems**. * Preferred knowledge of **slotting and storage strategies in EWM, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and Standard 147 (BPA\-BPD)**. ### **Work Location** **Dr. Simi Central – Quilicura, Camino Lo Echevers.** ### **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday – 42 hours per week.** ### **Contract Type** * First and second contracts: **Fixed-term**. * Third contract: **Indefinite**, subject to performance evaluation. ### **Benefits** * **Commuter buses**. * ️ **On-site cafeteria**. * **Supplementary health insurance starting from indefinite contract**. * Opportunities for development and growth within the company. ### **Join Dr. Simi!** If you have experience in **inventory management, distribution centers, and team leadership**, and are seeking a challenge where you can contribute to optimizing logistics processes, **we invite you to apply!**
