Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and generate equal opportunities for all people, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this offer falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to join the best place to develop your talents!** **Job Purpose:** Supervise, plan, and verify process activities, contributing to business results by implementing defined business plans and strategies from Management aligned with the Superintendent’s guidelines, ensuring compliance with Divisional and Corporate policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and verify the operational program for the process according to guidelines established by the Superintendent, to meet targets and objectives. * Plan, execute, and verify safety, occupational health, and sustainability programs applicable to the assigned process, in accordance with guidelines established by the Corporation and the Division. * Supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of human resources assigned to the process, fostering a positive work environment and applying human resources systems and regulations per Corporate and Divisional guidelines. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of service providers required by the Superintendent, treating and respecting people in line with Corporate and Divisional guidelines. * Supervise, control, and verify management and control programs and actions for economic resources and costs associated with the assigned process, to meet targets set by Management. * Supervise, control, and verify the implementation of innovation and continuous improvement projects within the assigned process, to ensure operational continuity, control costs, and achieve defined operational targets and standards set by the Superintendent. * Identify and mitigate risks arising from implementation, supporting the achievement of Lean maturity in the transformation of required processes. * Lead and facilitate the required Divisional transformation. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Application Requirements:** * Graduate in Civil Mining Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus and/or specialization in mining. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Health condition compatible with the position **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience leading work teams, including direct reports. * Experience in fleet management and data handling. * Experience in open-pit mining. * Experience in contract administration. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual position: Production Manager Engineer. * Work location: Chuquicamata Division (no camp accommodation). * Working schedule: Monday to Thursday. * Number of vacancies: 01 **Application Deadline: Sunday, June 07, 2026** Application closing time: 23:59 hrs. “I hereby declare that I am aware of the conditions, as stipulated under Codelco regulations, which may constitute incompatibility for holding the position to which I am applying and, consequently, affect my continuation in the selection process.
