Developing and implementing maintenance plans based on strategies that maximize operational continuity and efficiently utilize resources and materials. Within a framework of operational excellence aligned with the Division’s Mining Development Plan, and ensuring compliance with the Maintainability Standard NCC30 jointly with the Vice Presidency of Projects and/or the Divisional Project Directorates, overseeing adherence to the policies, standards, and procedures established by the Division and the Corporation related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and direct maintenance strategies to ensure short-, medium-, and long-term asset service life. Additionally, ensure the quality of maintenance guidelines by continuously monitoring compliance with safety procedures for their area of expertise. * Analyze, model, and develop maintenance strategies, promoting continuous improvement of execution plans, programs, materials engineering, and services covering maintenance functions for assets. * Manage and promote the use of technical and data analysis tools from control and monitoring systems and ERP maintenance systems to ensure appropriate support for decision-making regarding assets and their maintenance strategies. * Ensure equipment reliability and planning through management of their team’s maintenance activities, safeguarding correct implementation of the corporate Maintenance Operating System (SOMA) model. * Manage achievement of plans, objectives, targets, and projects through cost and business performance control, ensuring the operational viability of the Business Model via product quality control. * Administer and verify innovation and continuous improvement projects in maintenance plans and programs to maintain operational continuity, control costs, and meet the targets and operational standards defined by the Superintendence. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Application Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, with a focus in the areas indicated or a closely related field. * Minimum 10 years of professional experience. * Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance, ideally in industries such as: industrial processes, mining, aerospace, pulp and paper, food, petrochemical, shipbuilding, energy, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), or engineering firms. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Health condition compatible with the position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in crushing plants and mineral handling and/or maintenance of mobile equipment. * Specialized studies such as an MBA, diplomas, or postgraduate degrees related to maintenance and asset management. * Experience in contract administration. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual Position: Senior Engineer. * Work Location: Chuquicamata Division (No camp). * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday. * Number of Vacancies: 01 **Application Deadline: Sunday, June 07, 2026** Application Closing Time: 23:59 hrs. “I hereby declare that I am fully aware of the conditions—according to Codelco regulations—that may constitute incompatibility for holding the position to which I am applying and, consequently, affect my continuation in the selection process.
