We are looking for an **ITO H\&S** **JOB OBJECTIVE** This professional must focus specifically on supervising general project activities related to H\&S. The ideal candidate should have a preference for and experience in field work (80% field, 20% office). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and oversee all construction and commissioning activities for the BESS without interfering with the operation of the solar park, performing cross-ARTs when necessary to ensure proper information dissemination among different companies potentially working in the same area. * Verify compliance with occupational safety and health program policies by coordinating activities with respective supervisors and risk prevention officers from project contractor companies. * Provide on-site support and advice to companies regarding occupational health monitoring, industrial hygiene, accidents and occupational diseases, personal protective equipment, information, and training. * Promote safe behaviors and proper use of work tools and protective equipment, fostering workers’ interest in and cooperation with preventive actions. * Conduct basic risk assessments and, where applicable, establish corresponding preventive measures. * Inspection of tasks related to Safety and Health. * Management and control of PPE. * Investigation of accidents and incidents. * Reporting of incidents and highlighting applied best practices. * Oversight of occupational health for on-site personnel. * Administrative and technical management of the department. * Incident investigation, review of investigations, and advisory support during investigations. * Use of software for recording project incidents. **REQUIREMENTS** * Specific experience: 2\-4 years * University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering, Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, or related field. * Experience in supervising construction and commissioning of Energy and Electrical Infrastructure Projects, ERNC (ideally PV \+ SE \+ LT). * Proficiency in project management tools and software (OFFICE). * English level: B1 **HOW TO APPLY** If this position suits you, apply directly via the application button on Factorial.
