Join a great team!** We are looking for our new **Multichannel AFP Commercial Advisor** to join our AFP sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and closing sales by effectively leveraging various prospecting sources. With a flexible and adaptive approach, you will aim to generate value for both existing customers and prospects throughout the product sales process, tailoring your actions to the specific requirements of each commercial situation. **Key Responsibilities:*** Manage sales via calls and emails using databases provided by the company and identifying new opportunities. * Conduct telephone outreach to customers and digital leads who requested advisory services or did not complete the online process. * Close sales through effective negotiations that ensure successful transfer completion. * Schedule and follow up with interested parties who wish to be contacted later or who did not complete their transfer. * Record daily progress and results in the CRM. * Continuous training on products and key content to deliver appropriate advisory services. * Flexibility to manage sales through in-person, virtual, or telephone channels depending on the customer and context. * Ensure proper delivery of Cuprum’s value proposition and advise both customers and non-customers according to their needs. Requirements: * Professionals with at least three years of experience in consultative sales, advisory services, and customer retention. * Professionals from the financial sector. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Santiago. * Experience using CRM systems and a results-oriented mindset. * Motivation for sales and working in dynamic environments.
