Job Description
We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Manager** to lead recruitment strategies, coordinate selection processes, and ensure the onboarding of key profiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment teams, employer branding, and developing talent attraction policies.
Key Responsibilities
* **Recruitment strategy design**: Define talent attraction plans aligned with corporate vision.
* **Selection process management**: Oversee interviews, assessments, and hiring.
* **Employer branding**: Strengthen employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
* **Stakeholder engagement**: Coordinate with department heads and internal clients to define strategic profiles.
* **Team management**: Lead and train the recruitment team.
* **Recruitment innovation**: Implement digital tools and modern selection methodologies.
* **Executive reporting**: Prepare recruitment metrics reports and propose improvements.
Requirements
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection.
* Knowledge of competency-based assessment methodologies and competency-based interviews.
* Proficiency in recruitment platforms and digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
* Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Intermediate-to-advanced English is a plus.
