Job Summary Celeritas Digital is seeking an experienced and strategic **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize the company's supply chain, procurement, vendor management, and operational sourcing activities. The successful candidate will develop supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor costs and performance, and ensure the timely availability of technology, software, hardware, professional services, and operational resources required by the business. This position is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong experience in **technology procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, SaaS, cloud services, or professional services**. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and operational objectives. * Manage end\-to\-end procurement and sourcing activities for technology products, services, equipment, and business requirements. * Identify, evaluate, and select qualified local and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, service levels, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions. * Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance, quality, cost, and reliability. * Coordinate procurement requirements across technology, finance, operations, sales, and management teams. * Manage purchasing processes, purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and supplier documentation. * Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. * Support procurement of cloud services, SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, IT hardware, telecommunications services, and professional services. * Monitor supplier risks, contract renewals, service disruptions, and supply availability. * Establish and track supply chain KPIs, budgets, service levels, and supplier performance indicators. * Maintain accurate supplier, contract, procurement, and inventory records. * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, technologies, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities. * Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, payment terms, and procurement controls. * Support business continuity and contingency planning for critical suppliers and services. * Ensure procurement and supply chain activities comply with company policies and applicable Chilean regulations. * Prepare regular supply chain reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management. * Maintain confidentiality of commercial, financial, supplier, and company information. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management**, or a related field. * **5\+ years of professional experience** in supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or operations. * Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, purchasing processes, and commercial negotiations. * Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, and vendor performance management. * Experience managing budgets, costs, purchase orders, and supplier agreements. * Strong analytical and financial management skills. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder\-management abilities. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, procurement, or supply chain management platforms. * Strong organizational and project\-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple suppliers, projects, deadlines, and priorities. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **technology, software, SaaS, cloud computing, digital transformation, telecommunications, or financial services**. * Experience procuring cloud infrastructure, software licenses, SaaS platforms, IT equipment, and technology services. * Knowledge of vendor management and technology service\-level agreements. * Experience with international suppliers and cross\-border procurement. * Familiarity with contract management, subscription renewals, and technology licensing. * Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. * Professional certification such as **CSCP, CPSM, CIPS**, or an equivalent qualification. * Strong understanding of cost optimization and strategic sourcing. * Advanced English communication skills for international supplier relationships. * Experience supporting rapidly growing technology or digital organizations.
