Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to manage and develop client relationships, support commercial operations, and prospect new customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer requests and service follow-up 2. Prepare technical-economic proposals 3. Actively participate in prospecting new customers **ALS Life Sciences**, a laboratory testing and environmental monitoring company **located in the commune of Colina**, is looking to hire a **Senior Business Development Manager** to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, delivering timely and high-quality service, conducting service follow-up, and supporting the organization’s commercial operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and respond to customer requests and requirements * Follow up with customers after services have been approved * Review and manage customer requests and associated service materials * Manage commercial processes and record relevant information in internal systems * Prepare and send technical-economic proposals to customers * Address, respond to, and document customer inquiries and complaints * Analyze customer requirements and feedback * Actively participate in prospecting and identifying new customers **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher education as an Engineer or Senior Technician, preferably in administration, sales, chemistry, environmental science, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within commercial areas * Experience in customer service and client support * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Basic knowledge of environmental sampling, chemistry, and sampling equipment is desirable * Residency in the Metropolitan Region * Class B driver’s license **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 8:00–16:30 hrs * Supplementary health insurance * Compensation fund benefits * Commuter buses If you are interested in growing your career in commercial operations, possess strong customer orientation, initiative, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges, we invite you to apply!
