We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and commercially develop strategic retail accounts, driving sales growth, brand positioning, and in-store commercial execution. You will play a key role in direct customer relationships and in identifying new business opportunities within the retail channel. Main Responsibilities: * Manage and develop assigned retail accounts. * Strengthen commercial relationships with customers and key stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion. * Execute commercial strategies and monitor sell\-out performance. * Coordinate in-store promotions, campaigns, and activations. * Analyze commercial results and generate management reports. * Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). * 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or commercial management. * Prior experience in technology, electronics, or accessories is desirable. * Strong commercial orientation, autonomy, and negotiation skills.
