Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the Water Treatment Plant, ensuring compliance with scheduled activities and emergency response according to technical standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate plant treatment equipment and systems according to established processes. 2. Adjust metallurgical parameters and monitor process quality. 3. Perform control and recording of equipment operational parameters. You will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the Water Treatment Plant to maintain compliance with assigned maintenance activities and required emergency responses, utilizing resources in accordance with established technical standards and procedures. Responsibilities: Operate plant treatment equipment and systems according to established processes and frequencies. Adjust operational metallurgical parameters of equipment. Report material and supply requirements needed for plant operation. Control and record operational parameters of plant systems and equipment; to ensure the quality of each plant process according to current legal regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain particle size distribution (granulometry) and moisture content percentage. Check proper operation of battery feed pumps. Verify tailings discharge, confirming pipe fill level and continuous or intermittent discharge. Start up and shut down recovery and water transfer pumps. Carry out activities related to quality management and continuous improvement within the area. Requirements: Preferably reside in TALTAL or Copiapó. Completed secondary education; preferably a Technical Industrial degree in Metallurgical Processes, Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Availability to work rotating 7x7 shifts (Day/Night). Mandatory prior experience working in osmosis plants.
