**Build your future in the world of vertical transportation.** At Heavenward, we are looking for an **Installation Assistant** to join our technical team and learn a highly promising trade in the field of elevators, freight elevators, and escalators. If you are interested in hands-on, on-site work and wish to grow in a specialized technical field, this is your opportunity.
**What are your main responsibilities?**
* **Support the installation, assembly, and modernization** of vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, freight elevators).
* **Assist the responsible technician** with mechanical and electrical tasks throughout all stages of the process.
* **Maintain order and safeguarding** of tools, materials, and equipment at the job site.
* **Comply with safety regulations**, internal protocols, and operational procedures.
* Perform basic on-site support tasks: **preparation of work areas**, material handling, and activities assigned by the supervisor or expert technician.
**What profile are we looking for?**
* **Completed Technical Secondary Education (TP)**, with training in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Construction, or related fields (**mandatory**).
* **Genuine interest** in learning and developing within the vertical transportation industry.
* **Availability to work on construction sites and on-site locations** (you must feel comfortable in construction environments).
* **Prior experience in civil works** or on-site jobs (**at least 6 months — not mandatory but preferred**).
* **Desired competencies: Fast learning ability** and willingness to adopt new techniques and procedures. **Strong verbal communication** to coordinate tasks on-site. A **flexible**, adaptable person with a positive attitude toward diverse tasks or on-site changes, understanding that on-site work is highly dynamic.
