We are currently seeking **Electromechanical Technicians** for our United facilities located in La Negra, Antofagasta. **Conditions:** * Shift: 14x14 * Location: Proyec, Antofagasta * Contract Type: Fixed-term **Objective:** To execute mechanical maintenance tasks—both preventive and corrective—on machinery fleets and specialized equipment, in accordance with operational, preventive, and productivity standards established in the maintenance planning process and operational requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Perform assigned tasks in compliance with Quality, Safety, Environment, and Operational Procedure standards, ensuring full adherence across administrative and preventive domains. * Carry out planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems per established maintenance guidelines and work procedures. * Plan and execute mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs related to UNITED fleet trucks and machinery, ensuring equipment system integrity and proper care. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Heavy Machinery or Industrial Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and engine systems. * Familiarity with equipment (medium-tonnage machinery and trucks). * Proficiency in diagnostic tools. * Knowledge of thermofusion equipment (McElroy). * Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and diagrams. * Class B and D driver’s license (desirable).
