The program consists of two development stages: * **First stage:** You will participate in a technical training plan that will help you understand the business and familiarize yourself with maintenance processes across various areas of the Maderas Valdivia Complex. * **Second stage:** You will engage in on-the-job learning focused on preventive and corrective maintenance, enabling you to gain comprehensive understanding of the area where you will be working. Please note that the program includes **a formal employment relationship from day one**, meaning you will have an employment contract and receive compensation upon joining, commensurate with your qualifications and responsibilities.
