Develop weekly activity plans A service company is looking to hire a **Foreman** to lead and coordinate field operations. Your primary mission will be to organize daily tasks, ensure timely completion of assignments, and uphold safety and service quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct the field work team. * Develop weekly activity plans. * Coordinate and assign daily tasks. * Generate reports as required by supervisors. * Provide on-site technical support for operating machinery, including vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers, and glass cleaning equipment. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Willingness to travel within the island (initially between Quellón and Castro). * Knowledge of operating machinery: vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers, and glass cleaning. * Residence in Quellón. **Working Hours:** 42 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts.
