Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Foreman to lead and coordinate field operations, organize tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and safeguard service safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. A service company is looking to hire a **Foreman** to join its team, responsible for leading and coordinating field operations. His/her primary mission will be to organize daily tasks, ensure timely completion of assignments, and safeguard the safety and quality of services delivered. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct the field work team. * Develop weekly activity plans. * Coordinate and assign daily tasks. * Generate reports as required by supervisors. * Provide on-site technical support for operating machinery, including vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers, and glass cleaning equipment. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Availability to travel between Puerto Montt and Temuco. * Knowledge of machinery operation: vacuum cleaners, burnishers, vacuum sweepers, steam pressure washers, and glass cleaning. * Residence in La Unión or Osorno. **Working Hours:** 42 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts.
