At Falabella Corporate Technology, we are seeking a Lead GenArchitect to help us design the future of our AI capabilities—defining scalable, secure, and strategically aligned architectures. You will be a key player in building GenAI-based solutions that impact millions of customers and employees across the various businesses within the Falabella ecosystem, collaborating closely with technology, enterprise architecture, security, and innovation teams. What Challenges Will You Face? * Design and evolve reference architectures for Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. * Define frameworks, standards, and best practices ensuring scalability, governance, and security. * Lead the integration of GenAI capabilities into existing platforms and products. * Connect emerging AI trends with the organization’s technology strategy. * Serve as the bridge between enterprise architecture, security, and teams driving the business’s digital transformation. What We’re Looking For * Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience designing AI and distributed systems architectures. * Advanced knowledge of Cloud platforms and GenAI ecosystems. * Experience working with Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and low\-code tools associated with AI ecosystems. * Strategic vision to identify trends and translate them into business opportunities. * Advanced English proficiency.
