We are currently seeking an HR Analyst for a major company in the automotive industry. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct execution and control of processes related to attendance, variable compensation, and personnel administration, guaranteeing data accuracy, compliance with current regulations, and nationwide support for employees. Main Responsibilities: * Enroll new employees nationwide via the BUK Attendance platform. * Administer and monitor the overtime cycle, including management of quarterly agreements. * Validate authorizations and records prior to synchronization with the compensation module. * Manage attendance incidents, leave requests, absences, and medical leaves using BUK and SAP. * Maintain up-to-date administrative information and support compliance with internal HR department processes. * Provide support for other administrative functions specific to the department. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in BUK and SAP platforms (mandatory). * Intermediate Office skills. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work 100% on-site in the commune of Pudahuel. * Availability to serve as a replacement during medical leave. * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Pudahuel, Santiago. * Working hours: \- Monday and Tuesday: 08:30–18:30. \- Wednesday and Thursday: 08:30–17:30. \- Friday: 08:30–15:00. * Compensation: Approximately $1\.200\.000 net (including base salary, bonus, and allowances).
