We are seeking our new Senior Structural Engineer to work on a 4x3 shift schedule with daily commute. Job Description: A professional responsible for leading the reliability and structural integrity strategy for the plant’s critical assets, ensuring their availability, safety, and operational continuity. The position involves risk management, condition monitoring, failure analysis, coordination of improvement plans, and administration of resources, contracts, and specialized services—with a focus on maximizing asset lifecycle and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in mining, including at least 4 years in structural integrity, reliability, or asset management. Experience leading teams, reliability programs, and specialized services. Knowledge of risk management, failure analysis, maintenance, inspection, and structural diagnostics. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and asset management tools. Desired experience in RCM/RCA methodologies, non-destructive testing, and instrumentation. Class B driver’s license and medical fitness compatible with the role.
