Customer loyalty and goal achievement At **Sergio Escobar**, we are looking for a **Hostess to replace staff on prenatal and postnatal leave** at our branch in the commune of **Los Ángeles**. Her primary responsibility will be to optimize the customer experience through proactive and efficient appointment management, timely appointment and service confirmation. She will also be responsible for post-service follow-up to assess customer satisfaction and collect suggestions to improve service quality. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving workshop goals and enhancing customer loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Answer customer phone calls to schedule services efficiently and professionally. * Identify the customer’s specific service needs, ensuring personalized attention. * Clearly communicate service dates and times to facilitate the customer’s timely attendance. * Greet scheduled customers, guide them, and resolve any questions regarding the requested service. * Contact customers after service to assess their satisfaction with the delivered service. * Manage and organize Excel spreadsheets containing each customer’s scheduled services and times. * Maintain an orderly record of outgoing calls, documenting those that result in appointments. * Remind and confirm upcoming services with customers prior to the requested date. * Handle the customer database smoothly to ensure effective follow-up. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration, Executive Secretary, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in customer service roles or functions. * Proficiency in Excel. * SAP proficiency is ideal. * Class B Driver’s License (non-exclusive) * Willingness to cover medical leave for prenatal and postnatal periods.
