Job Description As the Food Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and operationalizing quality, operations, finance, and commercial policies and KPIs at the segment level, contributing to the achievement of company-defined goals and objectives within established timelines, budgets, and Sodexo standards. Responsibilities * Supervise and verify work schedules, shifts, and attendance of personnel assigned to the shift. * Ensure delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction by focusing on task planning and problem resolution; aiming to achieve profitability while adhering to the allocated budget. * Monitor center operations through review of reports requested from subordinates: sales, costs, inventories, supplies stock, incident logs, etc. * Continuously monitor production-related costs and implement adjustments when these are impacted. * Manage personnel, ensuring subordinates fulfill their assigned tasks. Requirements * Residence in the Antofagasta region. * Degree in Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the mining industry. * Availability to work a 10X10 shift schedule. * Medical fitness for working at high geographic altitudes.
