Responsibilities: * Post our job openings on major employment portals and various channels such as OMIL, social media, etc. * Conduct resume screening and telephone interviews. * Manage candidate data and generate Excel reports for candidate tracking. * Collaborate with other HR departments. What We Look for in You: * Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. * Teamwork skills, self-organization, and goal-oriented mindset. * Analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ERP experience. * Passion for internal customers and a proactive approach. * Availability for 100% on-site work (Altura Metro C.
