At **Inversiones Enex**, we are looking for an intern to join our **Compensation Team**, where you will gain hands-on experience in compensation processes, information analysis, and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the calculation and processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. * Participate in reviewing and updating compensation procedures, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Provide support in resolving compensation-related inquiries. * Support the development, optimization, and automation of spreadsheets and reports, contributing to departmental process efficiency. * Participate in analyzing compensation data and metrics for continuous management improvement. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and compensation processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI. * Familiarity with spreadsheet automation, formulas, pivot tables, or data analysis tools is desirable. * Valid student certification and school insurance issued by the educational institution.
